For over 49 years FDY Furniture & Interior Design Inc. has been manufacturing custom made furniture, foam mattresses and draperies for the people of Alberta and Western Canada.

While our Home Furniture Store offers a variety of retail furniture and products, our area of expertise lies in the manufacture of furniture with custom upholstery, including sofas, love seats, sectionals and occasional chairs. When the business was established in 1963 the main focus was on creating custom furniture and providing furniture re upholstery services. Once we excelled and dominated in this area we further expanded and now also specialize in creating custom latex foam mattresses, foam products, draperies, and blinds.

We have recently added adjustable motorized beds to our lineup.

FDY guarantees the frame and spring construction on all custom made furniture for a period of 10 years. FDY customers also receive a discount on re-upholstery of FDY constructed furniture.
